The Aggie Game

We had a great time at the Aggie game this weekend even though the Aggies ran out of time in their battle with miami. We drove down Saturday morning and spent the afternoon tail gating with our friends. Anne had a wonderful time playing with the girls and we all enjoyed the great weather! The game was a bit dossappointing, but that didn't stop Anne from having a ball. She pooped out from all the activity in the third quater and took a nap on Scott's lap. It was a fun weekend and we'll be back there in a week :)

Sit N' Spin and Preschool

Gra'ma got Anne a new distraction for work. She took a few minutes to master it, but now she is off and spinning. Anne comes to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays now that she has begun her scholastic career :) I miss having her company, but I have to admit that I am a bit more productive when Anne is at preschool. She has really enjoyed her new class and friends. I occasionally receive a few hints about what she does during the morning, but majority of what she does is wrapped in mystery. When I get a bit of info it's usually about who "disobeyed" or who got a boo boo. Today is Pet Parade at preschool, we are leaving Lilly at home. The requirements, being comfortable with large groups petting kids, excluded Lilly. Maybe she will make it next year.

Puddin'

Now that Scott is working days again we can enjoy family meals together. We have chocolate pudding almost every night for dessert and it always turns into quite a performance by Scott and Anne.

First Day of Preschool

Yesterday was Anne's first day of preschool. We went into Papa's for an hour and then took off for preschool. She attends Kids Kaleidoscope three days a week from 9:30 until 12:50. As far as I can tell her first day went great. She did not experience any separation anxiety and had time to eat her entire lunch, that was one of my concerns. The only negative was she came home a bit over stimulated. I was expecting to pick up a sleepy child who would be ready for a two hour nap. Instead I got a child who told me she didn't want to take a nap and talked non stop all the way home. Albeit, we did take a nap and Anne is looking forward to her next day at preschool.
