Pine Cove Bluffs 2013: Thursday

The parents had there second early morning activity of the week which meant we would need a Camper Call.
Camper Call: When an energetic counselor comes at 7am to your cabin to get the children up, play with them, and get them ready for breakfast while parents go jet ski or on a trail ride.

This morning the mom's went jet sking
and the dads attempted to water ski.
I think the moms had more fun.

Ariana and I sharing a jet ski
We were supposed to stay under 35 mls per hr, but our speedometer was broken so we judged our speed based on our hats.
Hats flying off = too fast
I turned my hat backwards.
I know, I know . . . very scientific :)

After breakfast Anne had horses
and Abby jumped on the giant pillow.
It is like giant trampoline, but shaped like a  pillow.

In the afternoon we celebrated Christmas in July.
As you can see Santa showed up
and we made "gingerbread houses."
We affectionately referred to our creations as shanty town.
Hey, we were in a hurry to get to the water rocket.
What can I say?

We had Banquet Night dinner.
The kids ate pizza.
Everyone was happy.

Cove Kids got busy with a little shaving cream.

and Wild Woods played a little Angry Birds.
Anne looooved this activity.
Each cabin built their own fortress out of cardboard boxes
and then took turns launching balls painted like Angry Birds.
